Poor Hillbilly Cat
Tomorrow, Lulu goes in for some dental work. Evidently, it's Cat Dental Health Month. What? You don't have Cat Dental Health Month on your calendar? Well, my vet is giving 10% off for dental work in February, and since she is basically eating with 3 loose teeth, she's going in.
My previous vet, Pricey Vet, says $600-$800 for this dental work.
My new vet, Hometown Vet, quoted me $130-$200. I love my new vet.
And I hope it improves her disposition somewhat. The new vet said that some breeds of cat are more prone to tooth problems, so this is likely genetic.
All 3 teeth are on one side of her tiny little mouth, so she's going to be one scraggly looking cat. Poor thing.
